Additionally, MMR takes careful consideration when it comes to protecting our client’s property and valuables.  Securing our clients’ property and contents are handled with the highest priority.  If doors and windows have been damaged or destroyed in a fire, we will secure these items to make sure that rain, wind or outside elements do not cause further damage to the property.  Additionally, to prevent curious on lookers or vandals from entering, squatting, or injuring themselves in the unoccupied property, we will board-up the structure and apply tarps/shrink wrap materials, along with do not enter signs around the building.  

We utilize required documentation and digital photos to generate a complete picture of our emergency pack out service.  A content manager is responsible for creating a complete list of items that will be removed from the structure as part of our pack out emergency service.  These items will be cleaned, stored and monitored in a secure, climate-controlled environment.  Additionally, smoke and soot removal professionals will be onsite utilizing their years of experience and industry leading methods to ensure that the property is brought back to it’s pre-loss condition or better.

MOLD DAMAGE

  • Health issues that could be associated with mold are:  sneezing, running nose, red eyes, skin rashes, dizziness, headaches, and asthma attacks
